General Thoughts

For me the greatest challenge of PD is coping with depression.  Depression is like having both your hands covered in black tar.  It gets on everything you touch.  You can't get rid of it; it ruins everything.  You begin to lack self-confidence. That's what's going on with me today.  I feel dark and weak.
